Naomi practices solely in the area of family law having experience in complex child related proceedings and property matters.
Naomi has an extensive background in assisting separating families across a variety of roles, including as a Family Support Worker (child contact services), Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Family Lawyer. This experience provides a unique perspective in guiding you through your family law matter.
Naomi has operated mediation services in Mandurah since 2016 and has developed a reputation for her pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 and since then has practiced solely in boutique family law practices in the Peel region.
Naomi is known for providing practical, efficient and empathetic legal advice.
Outside of work Naomi keeps busy with her family doing all things beach, forest and adventure. Naomi operates Ferguson Family Law with a collaborative focus, hardworking ethos and with great care about you and your family.
Alex has practiced solely in the area of family law since she was admitted in 2020.
Alex has a pragmatic and firm but fair approach to her matters. She’s a sharp eye for resolution of your property and financial settlements, helping guide you to an equitable solution, with a focus on getting the job done without unnecessary cost.
Alex provides advice and representation for client's in relation divorce, parenting matters, child support, spousal maintenance and asset division. Her approach combines skilled negotiation with strategic representation when necessary. Alex works tirelessly to assist client's through their matter from start to finish.
Alex also brings unwavering support to our little office. No job is too big, or too small and she’s guides Naomi through her IT ineptitude with patience and care. Alex brings to life the adage, team work, makes the dream work.

Michelle is our friendly voice on the end of the phone, and welcoming face whenever you attend our office. With over a decades experience in administration, Michelle’s attention and dedication to assisting in service delivery in relation to divorce applications, parenting arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic violence matters—help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at every stage.
Above all, Michelle approaches each matter with sensitivity and professionalism, recognising the emotional challenges clients may be facing while providing steady, reliable administrative support throughout their legal journey.

Hollie is our level-headed Accounts and Admin Support team member. She’s your lady for all invoice and fee enquiries and without question is able to workshop assistance for you in management of your finances as we navigate your Family Law matter.
Hollie goes above and beyond to make sure we provide efficient legal services with her background in high level administration in the mining sector. Hollie brings compassion and care in dealing with you and your matter.
Outside of Ferguson Family Law, Hollie defines strong and fit, enjoying training at the gym and burning up fitness comps everywhere. She brings balance and good reminders to us all, healthy body healthy mind.
